Privacy, in plain words.

The contact form sends the organization, name, email address, discussion topic, project stage, and message you submit. It also uses a hidden spam field and a Turnstile verification token; neither is included in the inquiry email.

Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish human submissions from automated abuse. The token is verified server-side and is not reflected back into the page.

The site stores no contact database. An accepted inquiry is sent once to a Kestwell-controlled mailbox, kept only as long as needed for the conversation, and normally deleted within 24 months of the last substantive contact unless an active contract or legal record requires longer retention.
